Do I need to own the rights to the digital content to become a Youreeeka Producer?
Yes, you must have the legal rights to digitally distribute any content you wish to sell through the Youreeeka Network. By posting or submitting products for sale through the Youreeeka Network, you agree to hold harmless and indemnify Youreeeka from all copyright infringements and/or disputes. If there are disputes as to content and/or rights ownership, then said content in dispute will be unpublished across the network and proceeds held in escrow until such time as all disputes are legally settled.
